The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has issued a nationwide announcement regarding E. Coli O157:H7 infections. There have been numerous cases of E. Coli reported and the CDC is advising all U.S. consumers to not eat any products containing romaine lettuce. As of today, November 20th, they have not located the source of the outbreak.
